What is nominal capacity, and why is it different from the battery capacity?

The nominal capacity of a device represents the total sum of the capacity of all cells. In practice, depending on the discharge method, for example, using a USB-C 5V-2A port or 15W wireless charging, the voltage conversion occurs, and the usable capacity will be around 65-70% of the nominal capacity. For devices using voltages higher than 5V (QC, PD, Supercharge), the usable capacity will be correspondingly smaller.

Does MagSynergy™ comply with airline standards?

Yes, MagSynergy™ can successfully be brought onboard an airplane as it does not exceed 100Wh (approximately 27,000mAh) capacity.

What devices does MagSynergy™ work with?

MagSafe charging is compatible with all iPhones from the 12 series onwards, and the power bank also supports the Qi charging standard and wired charging, so it will successfully charge any device with a USB port or wireless Qi charging.

What is Pass-Through technology?

Pass-Through technology ensures that we don’t damage the internal cells of the power bank while simultaneously charging the device and other equipment. As a result, the lifespan of the cells in MagSynergy™ is not shortened. Additionally, when charging a smartphone, wireless headphones, or other devices, the power bank’s battery itself also charges. This means we don’t have to charge all devices sequentially and waste time switching cables from one device to another.
Example:By plugging the power bank with Pass-Through technology and other devices directly into the ports in the power bank, we can enjoy fully charged batteries in each of them by morning.

How often should I charge the power bank if I’m not using it?

To ensure the longevity of the cells in your MagSynergy™, it is recommended to charge it regularly. It is advised to charge the device at least once every 5 months to maintain its long lifespan.

Why isn’t wireless charging working?

Make sure the back surface of your phone is not covered by metal materials, such as a metal plate, ring, or a metal or too thick protective case. The power bank has several safety features, and if it detects foreign metal elements near the magnetic charging surface, it will simply cut off the power to protect the device.

At what temperature should I store the power bank?

The power bank does not like extreme temperatures, so it’s best to store it at room temperature, around 15–20°C, in a dry and shaded place. MagSynergy™ does not like extreme sunlight or freezing temperatures. The device’s operating temperature range is 0-40°C.
