8-port PoE switch TL-SG1008P
The TL-SG1008P desktop switch has 8 RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Mb/s) and Fast Ethernet (100 Mb/s) ports. Four ports provide Power over Ethernet, which automatically detects 802.3af compliant devices and supplies them with power. Power and data are transmitted via the Ethernet cable. This solution allows you to connect devices such as access points, cameras or IP phones in places where there is no access to power from the socket. The switch is also equipped with overload prevention system and port priority.
Overload prevention and port priority system
TL-SG1008P switches have a port priority function to protect the system from system overload. If the sum of power consumed by devices connected to the switch exceeds 53 W, the system will disconnect power to the lowest priority port. Port priorities are set on principle 1>2>3>4, where the first port is the highest priority and the fourth the lowest.
